The Indian electric car is going to launch a new sports electric car amidst rapidly growing competition in the market, which has a tough competition to high-end cars like Tesla, Porsche and Ferrari in terms of design, performance and features. The name of this car is Mg Cyberester, which will be introduced in the Indian market on 25 July.
MG Cybester is a fully electric roadster, especially prepared keeping in mind the customers who want a combination of style, performance and advance technology. This car will compete directly to trains like Tesla Model Y, Kia EV6, BMW Z4, Porsche 718 Boxster, Mini Cooper SE and Hyundai IONIQ 5.

Start of booking
The company has informed that interested customers can book this car by visiting MG select website or any authorized dealership of MG. This electric sports car Auto Expo was introduced to Indian customers for the first time in 2025. The car will be sold through MG’s premium retail channel MG Select.
Style and cabin features
The design of MG Cybester is extremely attractive and will be available in 4 exterior color options – cosmic silver, inka yellow, English white and dynamic red. The interior of the car has a triple screen setup consisting of a 7 -inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster and an additional screen that connects the dashboard to the central console.
Also, it has sporty style seats, multi-function flat- bottom steering wheels, audio and instrument controls, climate control and paddle shifters. All these features make it a premium and performance-centric car.
Battery, range and speed
MG Cybester comes with two battery options. A variant has a 64 kwh battery which gives a power of about 295 bhp and a range of about 519 km. At the same time, its second high-performance variant comes with 77 kwh battery and dual electric motor that generates a total power of 510 bhp and 725 Nm torque. This variant can hold a speed of 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds.
