2025 TVS Apache RTR 310 vs KTM 390 Duke: Learn who is more powerful bike?

The match in the world of performance bikes in India has once again become exciting. TVS has launched its new bike 2025 Apache RTR 310, which is directly challenging the KTM 390 Duke. Both bikes come with tremendous features, powerful engines and attractive looks in their respective segments. Let’s know who falls heavily between these two bikes.

Mild price difference

The ex-showroom price of BTO 2 of TVS Apache RTR 310 or Dynamic Pro Kit variant is kept at Rs 2,85,000, which is the initial offer. Later its price can reach Rs 2,95,000. At the same time, the ex-showroom price of KTM 390 Duke is Rs 2,96,670. The price of both bikes is almost the same, making it a little difficult for the customer to choose.

Both aggressive in design

The look of 2025 Apache RTR 310 is quite sharp and modern. It has split headlight, muscular tank extensions, copy guards, transparent clutch covers and rear indicator tire hagar. The KTM 390 Duke is also no less than anyone in terms of design. In this, DRLs are applied in different pieces and its orange open frame gives quite sporty feel.

Large difference between engine and power

Apache RTR 310 has a single-cylinder of 312.2cc, liquid-cooled engine, which generates 35.6 PS power and 28.7 Nm of torque. It also has 5 riding modes-Rain, Urban, Sport, Track and Supermoto along with Bai-Director QuickSifer and Slipper Clutch.

At the same time, KTM 390 Duke has a large 399cc large engine, which gives 46 PS power and 39 Nm torque. It also has three riding modes such as Bai-Directional QuickSifer, 6-speed gearbox and Street, Rain and Track.

Suspension and braking

The Apache RTR 310 has a fully adjustable suspension (43mm USD Fork and Monoshock) of KYB with traillis frame and aluminum subframe. It has a 300mm front and 240mm rear disc brakes. 17-Inch alloy wheels have Michelin Road 5 tires. Its curb weight is 169 kg.

The KTM 390 Duke also has a traillis frame and aluminum subframe, but has a front disc brake of 320mm. It has a fully adjustable suspension of WP Apex and has Apollo Alpha H1S tires. Its weight is slightly less 168 kg than Apache and ground clearance is 183mm.

Who ahead in the features?

The TVS Apache RTR 310 has cornering ABS, cornering traction control, cornering cruise control, launch control, TPMS, keyless ignition, smart LED headlamps and a 5-inch Bluetooth TFT display. It also has advance features like Gopro Control, Navigation, Call/Music Control.

KTM 390 Duke is also full of features. It also has facilities like 5-inch TFT screen, cruise control, traction control, cornering ABS and launch control. Its user experience with smartphone connectivity becomes fantastic.
