What is the company’s plan?

Mahindra is now preparing to launch Be 6 and XUV 9e at the pack three and pack three select at the trim level. These new variants will be made available to customers with more battery options, which will give them the option to choose the range and performance according to their needs. Under this, the company is planning to bring four new variants in the market.

Earlier, only 59kwh variants came

When both these models were launched with pack to trim, only 59kwh battery options were present. This range was fine for customers who use a vehicle for short distances in urban areas. But in view of the increasing demand of customers and the need for long range, Mahindra recently introduced a 79kwh battery in pack to variants, which increased the range on the single charge of the scooter.

Now more options are coming

It has been reported from leaked documents that BE 6 and XUV 9E will now be available in pack three and pack three select variants. Of these, the pack three select variants will now be launched with a large battery of 79kwh, which will be able to give a range of up to 656 km in single charge. At the same time, the pack three trim will now be introduced with 59kwh battery. That is, now options for both customers will be available for short distance and long distance.

Expected features are also expected

BE 6 and XUV 9E have been launched in the market with premium look and modern features from the beginning. It has features like digital display, connected car technology, advance safety features and high ground clearance. These features will also be retained in the new variants, and it is possible that some more advanced features are also included.

The competition will increase in the market

These new variants of Mahindra will further intensify the market. While Tata Motors’ Nexon EV and MG’s ZS EV already exist, now new variants of BE 6 and XUV 9E will give customers more range and variety in prices.

Overall, Mahindra is rapidly expanding its electric segment and this plan of new variants is part of this strategy. Range, features and price – these cars are ready to make a big bang on all three fronts.
