Hyundai Motor India, who has made its strong identity in the Indian automobile market, has introduced its most talked about SUV Creta in a new avatar in 2025. This time the company has included two new variants EX (O) and SX premium in it. Many attractive and luxury features have been added to both these variants, which has now become more stylish, comfortable and technology-friendly than before.
Price and specialty of new variants
The EX (O) variant launched under the new update has a starting price of ₹ 12.97 lakh (ex-showroom), while the SX premium variant is available in ₹ 16.18 lakh (ex-showroom). In both these models, the company has added new premium features keeping in mind the choice of customers and changing trends.
Talking about the Ex (O) variant, now panoramic sunroof has been added to it, which has improved the open-cabin experience of the car. Also, reading lamps are now given in LED type, giving the interior more modern touch.
What is new in SX premium variant?
The company has tried to make the SX premium variant even more luxury and comfortable. In this, the driver seat can now be adjusted electronically, which facilitates during a long drive. Also, ventilated front seats are given, which are extremely effective in summer season. The design of the seats has also been changed – now it has scooped seats and lady’s upholstery, which makes the seating experience premium.
This variant has now been given an 8-speaker sound system of Bose for entertainment, which takes the audio experience to a new level.
SX (O) variant also got update
Hyundai has also not ignored the SX (O) variant. It now adds advance features such as rain sensing wipers, wireless charging pads in the second line, and scooped seats for better space. At the same time, smart facility is also available with motion sensors in S (O) variant, which has made it easier to open and start the car than before.
Engine and performance
Despite these updates, Hyundai has not made any changes to the engine options of the Creta. It is still available in the market with three engine options –
1.5 liters of natural aspirated petrol engine,
1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine, and
1.5 liter diesel engine.

Talking about gearbox, it has many transmission options such as 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, IVT and 7-speed DC.
